I love it when they start smiling - suddenly they are interacting and communicating and it's like - "Wow!" I've found that the older siblings generally can elicit that smile (or chortle!) from "their" baby because the babies adore their older siblings. It's fun to see! Carol

I made a comment on your quilting section, but it wouldn't go. It doesn't have the same format (here I click "other", but on that there's only "blogger" soooo...I'm stuck! I'll ask Dad when he gets home. I am amazed and in awe of all the quilts you've made. How proud you must feel and a deep sense of satisfaction too. Love, Mom
